The Dookess (formerly known as the Dookess of Zookia[1]) is the current Dookess of Ookia and is the former Dookess of Yookia. She is one of the two main antagonists (the other being Dooka) of Netflix's 2019 animated series Green Eggs and Ham, serving as one of the two unseen overarching antagonists of Season 1 and one of the two main antagonists of Season 2 (alongside Dooka). She is voiced by Rita Moreno.
Appearance[]
She is orange with a white coat with purple spots, and a yellow bead in the middle, and she has hazel brown hair.
Personality[]
She was a cruel woman who wanted to destroy Yookia just because of a disagreement over toast. But is very forgiving as she redeems herself by making peace and uniting Yookia with Zookia, and she forgives the Dooka's attempts to destroy Zookia.

After many generations of Dookesses for Zookia, the Dookess finally became the ruler and wanted to vanquish the Yooks. However after a series of events of trying to destroy the other, Sam and Guy and their friends help them realize that the way butter is spread on toast doesn't matter, and the Dookess reforms in the end.

The Dookess pressured the two as they tried to create the invention but they didn't want to destroy Yookia, so instead Guy dismantles it without her knowing and the two and Sam's friends help her realize the way butter is spread doesn't matter, helping Yookia and Zookia re-unite.
Marilyn Blouse and Philip Trousers[]
They are her most trusted spies who tried to thwart the Yooks' plans to annihilate them, however they lost their job after the two sides re-united, it is unknown what happened to them afterwards.
Dooka and Yooks[]
The Dooka of Yookia and the other Yooks were the Dookess's sworn enemy after their predecessors fought over the way butter is spread on bread. After trying to get into war to destroy the other side so their own side could have peace, Guy, Sam, Michellee, E.B., and others helped them realize that it didn't really matter, they decided to re-unite into Ookia and are now friends.

- The Dookess, alongside the Dooka, can be considered a foil to Snerz: Both are the respective main villains of seasons 2 and 1, but unlike Snerz, both the Dookess and Dooka reformed in the end.
