The second season of Green Egg and Ham was announced on December 20, 2019, by Netflix, along with the new title: Green Eggs and Ham: The Second Serving. On July 26, 2021, illustrator Chad Frye announced that season 2 would premiere on Netflix on November 5, 2021. Though this never happened and the season instead premiered on April 8, 2022, with "The Mom Identity". The seasons consists of ten episodes.

Sam and Guy’s adventures takes them around the globe and outside their comfort zones as they get caught between two sides of a delicious conflict!

  • The main plot of the season is largely based on the 1984 Dr. Seuss book, The Butter Battle Book.
  • Green Eggs and Ham: the second serving came out the same day as Sonic the hedgehog 2.
  • Unlike the first season, the titles of each episode do not come from Dr. Seuss' original book. Instead, they are homages to classic spy films
